Terms

Plain language, not legalese. This is a small, free tool, not a law firm's product, so these terms are kept as short and honest as the thing they cover.

Using ComeThrough

By signing up, you're agreeing to these terms. ComeThrough sends you an email digest of job postings matched against your resume and stated criteria. That's the whole service.

No guarantees about postings

Postings come from third-party job boards ComeThrough doesn't control. A listing can be filled, pulled, or wrong by the time you see it, and the AI matching is a best effort, not a certainty. ComeThrough doesn't guarantee any posting is accurate, current, or actually a good fit, and isn't responsible for your interactions with any employer or listing you find through it.

Your information

Submit your own real name, email, and resume, not someone else's. You're responsible for what you upload and for keeping your submitted criteria reasonably accurate. See the privacy page for how that information is used and stored.

The service, as it is

ComeThrough is provided free, as-is, with no warranty of any kind, including that it'll be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. It's run by one person, not a company, and may change, break, or shut down without notice. If it does, no liability is owed for lost job opportunities, missed postings, or anything else that results from using or not being able to use it.

Fair use

Don't use ComeThrough to scrape, abuse, or overload the service, submit on behalf of people who haven't agreed to it, or attempt to access another signup's data. Accounts used this way may be removed.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continuing to use ComeThrough after a change means you accept the current version, posted here.
